The only one that's still a couple are michelle and undertaker. lita has since dated CM Punk but they have broken up. Triple H is married to Stephanie McMahon and Chyna is now in the porn industry and has had multiple stints in rehab. Nikki and Dolph have broken up and it is rumored that Nikki is now dating John Cena as they have been seen out together. To my knowledge Chris and Trish were never a couple as Trish has been married since 2006 and I believe Chris is married as well. Randy and Mickie were never together, Randy is married, and Mickie was once engaged to Kenny Dykstra.
