We noted here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com that Tommy Dreamer suffered a puncture wound to his forehead on this week’s WWE Raw as a result of the storyline “attack” by The Shield. The wound caused enormous swelling to his head and resulted in a visit to his local emergency room. Dreamer posted photos on his Twitter account that can be viewed in the following gallery:
